What you’d actually do.
You look after English-speaking marketing agencies in the UK, the US, Europe and Australia that sell FlyRank under their own name: setting them up, answering their questions, chasing problems until they're fixed, and the odd call with one of their clients.
01What you’ll do
- Be the first person a set of partner agencies contacts, by phone, email or chat.
- Set up new agencies: the account, their first client launch, a training call on the platform.
- Explain reports in words a partner can repeat to their own client.
- Chase content, publishing and reporting problems with our product team until they're fixed.
- Check in with each agency monthly. Notice when one goes quiet, and when one could add clients.
02What you bring
- English at C1, written and spoken. On the phone, people don't have to ask you to repeat yourself.
- A year or more in support, account management or any other job where customers called you.
- You pick up new software quickly and can explain it without jargon.
- You follow up without being chased.
- Shifts that cover European office hours, roughly 9 to 6 Central European Time.

01Why five recorded questions instead of a cover letter?
Because most of our jobs are about how you think and how you talk to people, and a video shows that in a minute. Everyone gets the same questions, so we compare fairly. Someone with a thin CV and a clear head gets the same look as anyone else.
02Do I need to prepare?
No. Each question comes with the three things to cover, or a short text to read, and it stays on screen while you record. You get two retakes per question.
03My camera doesn’t work in the browser.
Record each answer with your phone’s camera app, then choose Upload video on that question to select the file from your phone. Upload video is always available, and the page switches to upload automatically if it can’t reach your camera or microphone. Use MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 90 seconds and 150 MB per answer.
04What happens after I send it?
Someone on the team goes through your profile and all five answers. If we think it’s a good fit, we get in touch by email or WhatsApp.
05Who sees my videos?
The FlyRank hiring team, nobody else. Applications from people we don’t hire are deleted within 12 months.
