01Why five recorded questions instead of a cover letter?
Because most of our jobs are about how you think and how you talk to people, and a video shows that in a minute. Everyone gets the same questions, so we compare fairly. Someone with a thin CV and a clear head gets the same look as anyone else.
02Do I need to prepare?
No. Each question comes with the three things to cover, or a short text to read, and it stays on screen while you record. You get two retakes per question.
03My camera doesn’t work in the browser.
Record each answer with your phone’s camera app, then upload the file on that question. The page switches to upload by itself when it can’t reach a camera.
04What happens after I send it?
Someone on the team goes through your profile and all five answers. If we think it’s a good fit, we get in touch by email or WhatsApp.
05Who sees my videos?
The FlyRank hiring team, nobody else. Applications from people we don’t hire are deleted within 12 months.
06Can I apply for more than one position?
Yes. Each position has its own page and its own five questions. Your profile details are remembered on this device, so the second one is quicker.
