About the role.
Our platform produces content at scale. In this role, you'll help decide what to create, provide the right inputs and review the output before publication. You don't need years of experience, but you should be ready to learn quickly, work hard and care about client results.
01What you’ll do
- Research keywords and competitors to find worthwhile topics.
- Turn that research into briefs, prompts and inputs for our platform.
- Produce and publish content through our platform. Review it for accuracy, relevance, readability and the client's voice.
- Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, internal links and content structure.
- Track rankings, traffic and content performance in Google Search Console and GA4; run basic technical checks and monitor how client brands appear in AI answers.
02What you bring
- A strong interest in client outcomes and a willingness to monitor results.
- Strong written and spoken English. Most clients are in the US and EU, and you'll assess whether content reads well for them.
- Good judgment: you can assess content quality and explain what needs to change.
- Curiosity, attention to detail with data and spreadsheets, and initiative in finding answers.
- Frequent, hands-on use of AI and the judgment to assess its output.
- Availability to work from our Sarajevo office on hybrid days. Nice to have: your own blog or site, WordPress or Shopify, Excel, basic HTML.

01Why video questions instead of a cover letter?
We want to hear how you think and communicate. Each role has its own questions, so we can learn more about how you would approach the work.
02Do I need to prepare?
No. Each question includes a list of points to cover or a short text to read. The prompt stays on screen while you record, and you can retake each answer twice when recording here.
03My camera doesn’t work in the browser.
Record each answer with your phone’s camera app, then choose Upload video on that question to select the file. You can choose upload at any time, and the page switches to upload automatically if it can’t reach your camera or microphone. Keep each answer within the time limit shown for that question. Files must be MP4, MOV or WebM and no larger than 150 MB.
04What happens after I send my application?
Someone on the team reviews your profile and all your answers. If it looks like a good fit, we’ll get in touch by email or WhatsApp.
05Who sees my videos?
The FlyRank hiring team reviews your videos. Applications from people we don’t hire are deleted within 12 months.
