The job
What you’d actually do.
We don't sit and write blog posts by hand. We build content: our platform produces it at volume, and the job is to aim it well and hold the line on what comes out. Deciding what gets built, feeding the system the right inputs, and catching everything that isn't good enough to ship. We don't need years of experience. We need go-getters who put in the work, learn fast, and take it personally when a client isn't seeing results.
01What you’ll do
- Keyword research, competitor analysis, and finding the topics worth building for.
- Turning that research into the briefs, prompts and inputs our platform runs on.
- Producing and publishing content through our internal platform, and reviewing what comes out: is it accurate, does it answer the query, does it sound like the client, would anyone read it.
- On-page optimisation: titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, content structure.
- Tracking rankings, traffic and content performance in Google Search Console and GA4, plus basic technical checks and how client brands show up in AI answers.
02What you bring
- Obsession with client outcomes. You check a client's rankings before you check your own notifications.
- Strong English, written and spoken. Most clients are in the US and EU, and you judge whether content reads right for them.
- Judgment. You can tell content that is technically fine from content that is actually good, and say what needs to change.
- Curiosity, care with data and spreadsheets, and the habit of digging in before asking.
- Heavy, opinionated use of AI. We use it a lot, and the whole job is knowing what to do with what it gives you.
- Availability to work from our Sarajevo office on hybrid days. Nice to have: your own blog or site, WordPress or Shopify, Excel, basic HTML.
03What we offer
- Salary above market for a junior role.
- Training from day one, from the team running projects for brands doing millions in revenue.
- Hybrid: split your week between the office and home, arranged around the work.
- Real ownership. We're small enough that what you build ships, and a long-term role with room to grow.

FAQ
Questions? Good.
Anything else, ask us when we talk.
01Why five recorded questions instead of a cover letter?
Because most of our jobs are about how you think and how you talk to people, and a video shows that in a minute. Everyone gets the same questions, so we compare fairly. Someone with a thin CV and a clear head gets the same look as anyone else.
02Do I need to prepare?
No. Each question comes with the three things to cover, or a short text to read, and it stays on screen while you record. You get two retakes per question.
03My camera doesn’t work in the browser.
Record each answer with your phone’s camera app, then choose Upload video on that question to select the file from your phone. Upload video is always available, and the page switches to upload automatically if it can’t reach your camera or microphone. Use MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 90 seconds and 150 MB per answer.
04What happens after I send it?
Someone on the team goes through your profile and all five answers. If we think it’s a good fit, we get in touch by email or WhatsApp.
05Who sees my videos?
The FlyRank hiring team, nobody else. Applications from people we don’t hire are deleted within 12 months.

There are 6 open positions. Your profile is remembered on this device, so a second application takes five minutes plus the questions.
